meta·mor·pho·sis : a typically marked and more or less abrupt developmental change in the form or structure of an animal occurring subsequent to birth or hatching.

But you all knew that, right.

Caden got the idea from Curious George (you know where after the episode the kids do some sort of experiment that relates to the previous episode) to catch some tadpoles and watch them turn into frogs. So of course, he wanted to do it to. After a few weeks of him asking for some tadpoles we finally obliged.

We went to the local pond and fished up some tadpoles and brought them home and we are patiently watching and waiting. We got some bigger ones that are starting to get their hind legs. Hopefully we can keep them alive long enough to return them back to the pond as frogs!
